  • How do you control color consistency across different batches?

    We use a computerized color matching system and conduct spectrophotometer testing on every batch. Each production run is compared against the master sample to ensure ΔE (color difference) stays within acceptable industry standards.

  • What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?

    We require different MOQs according to different sizes. For example:
    1x 22 mm→MOQ: 5,000 meters per color.
    0.45 x 22 mm→MOQ: 12,000 meters per color
    0.8 x 22 mm→MOQ: 7,000 meters per color.
    For trial orders, we can accommodate smaller quantities to help you test our quality before committing to larger volumes.

  • What materials do you offer for edge banding?

    We offer PVC, ABS, Acrylic, Melamine, Veneer, Metallic, Laser edge banding and PVC Profiles. PVC edge banding is our popular option for its cost-effectiveness and durability. ABS edge banding offers great impact resistance and is ideal for high-grade furniture.

    Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

     Yes. We provide free samples of our standard products. For custom colors, a sample fee may apply, which can be negotiated with our sales team.

    What quality control measures do you have in place?

    We implement a multi-stage QC process: incoming raw material inspection, in-process monitoring during production, and final inspection before packaging. Key checkpoints include thickness tolerance, color consistency, surface smoothness, adhesive strength, and dimensional stability.
  • What happens if there is a color mismatch upon delivery?

    We take color matching very seriously. If a significant color deviation is confirmed (beyond the agreed tolerance), we will work with you to resolve the issue— either through replacement, credit, or adjustment on your next order.
    We recommend keeping a retained sample from each batch for reference.

  • Which countries do you export to?

    We have exported to over 90 countries worldwide, with much experience in Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, and Africa.

  • What should I do if I encounter application issues (e.g., poor adhesion, edge popping)?

    We provide free technical support via email, video call, or on-site assistance (for large orders).
    Common issues like poor adhesion are often related to adhesive temperature, feed speed, or roller pressure— we can help you troubleshoot.

  • What is your warranty policy?

    We stand behind our product quality. If any defect is found to be our manufacturing fault, we will replace the affected products or offer a credit adjustment. Specific warranty terms vary by product type and application— please contact us for details.

  • How is edge banding packaged to prevent damage during transit?

    Each roll is wrapped with plastic film, packed in custom cardboard boxes, and palletized for container shipping according to customers' requirements. Edge protectors are used on pallet corners to prevent damage from strapping bands.

  • How do I evaluate edge banding quality before purchasing?

    Key indicators include:
    ● a smooth, bubble-free surface;
    ● consistent thickness across the entire roll;
    ● moderate gloss that matches your substrate; and no cracking when bent.
    We recommend requesting samples and performing your own adhesion and durability tests.
